Quick Thought

If it’s unconstitutional yesterday — then it’s still unconstitutional today, and tomorrow, and the next day. Why should others now-determined constitutional rights be held off while the appeal process happens? Isn’t that defeating the purpose of the ruling?

Just a thought. Let ’em marry, Judge Walker.
